Issue with hiring people that are better than me or my business partner. entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

I have a hard time understanding why someone would want to work for people who are less skilled or knowledgeable than them.

Can someone elaborate on this? I know there is a notion that you hire people who are better than you and get out of their way, but what's stopping them from realizing you're a moron and starting their own business?

Just wondering your thoughts.
