I work in a company that is E-commerce selling lights in the USA. The digital Marketing team has a SEO strategy that I have never seen before.

I will put their process in points.

1. They 3-4 fake gmail accounts.
2. They take the list of 1000s of websites that backlink to our competitors from Alexa [Classifieds, Forums, Bookmarking websites]
3. Later, they create accounts on these websites and login with those fake email IDs.
4. Now they write 4 articles with 700 words each per day they post on these websites along with the product link.
5. They even do the same on Reddit r/LED_lighting
6. They post on Quora and they got blocked on Quora
7. They did it on Medium and it suspended them too.
8. They do the same on almost 500 websites a day.

What would be the outcome of this in the long run?
