I found some back links to my website. When I try to see the on page links, I get a "Deceptive Site Ahead" warning from Google earn by blogging adsense income

I have never focused on SEO in the past and drive 100% of our traffic with paid ads. Today I stumbled across 5 back links to some product pages from an unknown source.

When i try to view the link I get a red page with warning "Deceptive Site Ahead - Attackers on www.backlink.com may trick you into doing something dangerous ...."

Is this one of my competitors trying to do something malicious? Do I need to take any action on these links?
