Is a .com or a .[geographic location] (e.g. .ph) a better extension for my domain? earn by blogging adsense income

I'm choosing a new domain name for my beauty service website and was wondering which extension would work well for my market? I'm a single entity and have no plans of branching out. A considerable population of my clients are overseas workers who avail of my service while vacationing back home as it's cheaper to get it done here than wherever theyre based.
