When Getting a link through guest blog post, what should be the anchor text? earn by blogging adsense income

I have read on different blog posts that exact match keyword must be avoided when taking a link from Guest post author profile, so what should we provide, Brand Name + Keyword or some keyowrd variation, just brand name or the website link??
