I manage Internet Marketing for about a dozen small, local businesses with limited budgets and two of the things my clients need regularly, that I don't currently have a solution for, are citation building and reputation management. I've demoed a variety of different tools so far including Bright Local, Grade.us, Yext, and whitespark. I also currently subscribe to SEMRush and have considered their new citation building service as well. However for my needs, SEMRush is already a bit much so I'd hate to keep myself tied to that service.
With all that said, I've never tried Moz Local and no one answers chat and they don't have a phone so it's hard to get an idea of how the service compares. They claim to have some type of reputation management tool, but offhand it looks pretty limited when compared to grade.us. On the other hand, their citation building tool looks pretty good and the pricing is in line with my budgets. That's especially true for the premium package which claims to include Moz Pro, though I have to imagine there's a minimum number of locations to get this package, right? I mean, it makes no sense to pay $99 a month for Moz Pro + $99 a year for a single location when I could just sign up for Pro and get both at a steep discount.
Anyone here use Moz Local / Premium and have any experience with it?
