My homepage (www.joshgoodman.com) has always been targeted for the keyword "Los Angeles Wedding Photographer". My page is optimized for that keyword (H1 Tag, Title, etc..)
My ranking has fluctuated between page 2 and 3 for at least a couple of years, but every time I search for "Los Angeles Wedding Photographer", my page is nowhere to be found. I don't even see it as far down as page 10 or 15! This is for both desktop and mobile searches.
My site is ranking for "Los Angeles Wedding Photographers" and "Los Angeles Wedding Photography" though.
Why do you think my site would rank for variations of my keyword but not the actual keyword itself?
