Getting impressions for an unexpected keyword - should I optimize for that? earn by blogging adsense income

A little background: My niche is psychology and the keyword has little to do with psychology but it is relevant for that particular article. I'm noticing impressions for that keyword and was thinking if I should optimize for it. In fact, the main keyword hasn't ranked yet. The article is about 1 month old.

How do you deal with this? Should I just leave it as it is?
