Do I add new pages with keywords to my website or blog? earn by blogging adsense income

So you have your list of keywords, and are going for th pillar page/skyscraper strategy...each linking (anchor text) to the sub page for that topic..until they all link back to the 1 big page etc..this is easy and all good

Now my question. Should these new pages be on my site or the blog. I'm having trouble putting them in the site structure.
