Here's an odd observation I just made: I run a B2B website and consequentially the number of mobile users is rather low (something around 10%). Looking at my Google adwords statistics, however, I find that I get a much higher CTR from mobile users. Here are the numbers:
Mobile phones: 5.97%
Computers: 2.92%
Tablets: 3.58%
This is counter intuitive. My site stats prove that most people access my site from their work computer. My guess is that for mobile phones the amount of unintentional clicks could be much higher. In this case it would be a good idea to just disable mobile ads altogether and ignore the loss in CTR. What do you think?
