What if I do nothing other than posting 12 to 14 posts (600 to 700 words)a day on my blog? Will this help in increasing traffic? earn by blogging adsense income

I work in a small level SEO firm and i have been hired on the basis of two years experience of low level SEO work but here in this new company I was entrusted the task of content writing and my boss insists to write and post 12 to 14 posts with 600 to 700 words article a day. We are doing that for past two months with no results. Currently sitting at 800 urls and 315 indexed. Is there anything I can do to change the situation. He is adamant about his decision of no offpage. Is there a explainable reason behind his thinking…please provide me some sound advice.
