SEO agency asking me to modify Robots.txt in a I think is stupidity earn by blogging adsense income

Below is the content of the Robots.txt file

User-agent: * Disallow: /wp-admin Disallow: /wp-includes Disallow: /wp-content/plugins Disallow: /wp-content/cache Disallow: /wp-content/themes Disallow: /wp-content/js Disallow: /size

The agency is asking to allow

/wp-content/plugins /wp-content/cache

And the reason that they gave me is that Google won't be able to see the meta titles and tags optimization done through Yoast if the plugin directory is disallowed.

I think this doesn't makes sense as Google will see the content displayed through permalinks links only and not the what is there umder the Yoast directory.
