Doe Google differentiate between a redirected link and a direct one? earn by blogging adsense income

On some sites like Diigo, the links use a Google redirection (ie. https://www.google.com/url?q=...) on all hypertext. Does this effect the desired outcome of a backlink?

Nevermind that Diigo may or may not be a valuable link for this thought experiment.
