Will my main page compete with lower-level pages? earn by blogging adsense income

Hey there. I going to build a website about product-type XY. However I’m planning to have multiple lower-level pages to present product-type XY with a special feature e.g. “made of wood” or “with led”. All of my sites are somewhat ranking for keyword “product-type XY” - are they going to compete against each other?
