Is 23 characters too long for a domain name? earn by blogging adsense income

I've got an idea for a domain name - sorry I don't want to share it because I'm about to buy it :)

It's 23 characters long, but I feel like it pretty much captures exactly what the site will be about

I know there are character limitations for linking out to domains with youtube ads, but that's usually for much longer domains (around 40 characters). I can't think of any other issues that would make this a bad decision.

Is 23 characters too long?
