I put up a music website two weeks before a Kickstarter Campaign. Is it worth trying to do SEO in relation to "new music" and "kickstarter backers"? Especially if the campaign only runs for a month and the post campaign will possibly be geared towards personalized songs/jingles? earn by blogging adsense income

So, in case you don't know, kickstarter is a platform where people "support" your campaign for incentives. In this case the band is preselling their music, so nothing free and I think it will do well, but it was a very fast idea that sprung to life when a filmmaking friend visited, and we literally had 2 weeks to make it happen (making it happen :/). They needed a website simply to look more professional, sell merchandise after, post events, and all that jazz. (They didn't have anything like social media either, so it's been a whirlwind trying to get everything together and i am swamped.

I do marketing and write websites for SEO content, BUT I don't do web design or anything and a friend asked if we needed help. I said sure and to go crazy but that I didn't do any optimization because I didnt have much time and I wasn't really sure...:

1. Is it worth doing SEO for a month long kickstarter campaign? Especially if it takes a week or two maybe for your site to really get ranked or crawled anyways possibly...?

2. If after the campaign the SEO will be geared towards personalized songs, jingles, and booking (words that have nothing to do with the kickstarter) should I just set it up for that now and don't bother with kickstarter campaign SEO?

3. Is it even worth doing SEO for a band site that literally is just about them and what they do and sell? I feel most people looking for new music, or specifically kickstarter or crowd funding new music, are more likely to search on YouTube, blogs, or other social media channels? As a person who likes music, that is definitely what I'd do, but who knows?

I know it wouldnt hurt to just do all of it even If it gets one more backer, and their will definitely be some put in place after the campaign, but right now I am so busy that is the least of my worries.

Does anyone just search google for new music? (I could probably do some keyword research and find out pretty quick haha, but would like personal thoughts on this.)

Our friend said he'd help with SEO if i wanted, and I told him why I hadn't and he didn't answer, so I'm just letting him do what he thinks best for now. Social media is optimized, so we aren't complete failures yet haha.
