If I have DMCA Report on any of my inner page Should I movie (301 redirect) it to homepage instead of Deleting? earn by blogging adsense income

Is it right way if I have DMCA on particular inner page of of my website, Instead of deleting that page if I move that page to homepage of my website while using 301 Redirect is it right way to do?

Is there any impact to my website or google Ranking?
