Why Disques marks as spam every comment with a link? earn by blogging adsense income

Hello,

I came across some blogs that use Disqus and on each where I tried to add a comment referring to the subject along with the link (sometimes to YouTube), my comment was marked as spam. Is there any way to get around this? Maybe I'm doing something wrong? Or I should not even bother commenting on Disqus (unless without links).
