Anyone got success with cold emailing here? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

I am trying to build up a digital marketing consultancy business via cold outreach emails. Is anyone willing to share some tips here? Also, does someone know if I am EU-based, but if I want to sell services to USA companies, how will GDPR apply to me ?
