Beginner question. Creating easy to read content from hard to understand table. Should I have a page for each state? earn by blogging adsense income

Hey everyone

I have some publicly available production reports from USDA which has a lot of data in tables. They have each state as rows, and different parameters as columns. These tables are repeated for every quarter.

I would like to create content to make it more understandable for everyone. I am thinking about writing easy to understand paragraphs, with data locations left as variable. Analyze the data for each state. Then create a page for each state with that state’s variables. Also possibly include a link to compare with neighboring states. All the content would be the same except for the graphs and variable numbers. Would this help me with SEO?

This is the approach that I see with many “articles” on sites like yahoo finance. They have a post everyday about every stock saying things like “(Stock name) is (up/down) (x)% today with (higher/lower) than average daily volume due to an (Upgrade/downgrade) from (Financial institution), compared to (Dow/nasdaq/snp) (up/down) (x)% today.”

What is your opinion on this? How much differentiation is necessary to make it SEO content?

Thanks in advance
