Do Links from Indeed and Glassdoor Help SEO? earn by blogging adsense income

Hello everyone,

I run a temp agency with a career site with it's own job board. I have a lot of my jobs across third party job board sites such as Indeed, Glassdoor, and Zip Recruiter. The job listings on those sites then link back to the job posts on my site.

Do links from those sites help my SEO at all, or are they all no-follow?

Also, something to consider is that the job board on my career site is on a sub domain ie. jobs.mycompany.com. Do links that go to a sub domain provide any value to my root domain, or is it counted as a separate site?

I would greatly appreciate any insights.
