So I'm going through and optimizing anything I can get my hands on, and found I have a ton of backlinks to different pages with the same img alt text - "logo" - and several of them are dofollow from valuable sources.
This is pulled from the alt text on the logo at the top of every page/post across the site.
Would there be any negative impact on using alt="<?php the_title(); ?>" and using the H1 from each page so each backlink provides a more appropriate alt text and dilutes my anchor text so "logo" isn't repeated? Should I take it a step further and use the meta title?
