Looking for a SEO tool for lazy people earn by blogging adsense income

I manage a site with so many articles, so that I don't find the time to manually extract valuable keywords to track. What I would like to have is a tool that takes every single word (minus the, a, I, he... etc) and checks it for ranking. Machine learning should be far enough to show me relevant keywords automatically.

Any idea if that exists?
