I've been working for a smaller company owned by a much larger company. In the past six months I inherited the company website, social media platforms, graphic design, and general marketing activities. After a rehaul of our website, launched four months ago, and implementing SEO practices our director now wants to give TopSpot the reigns to the website.
Guess my question is, is this really worth it? Their cost is eye wateringly high and we are a small business that is struggling due to a market downturn. Is hiring a third-party worth the cost when we have been steadily climbing on website ranking but aren't at the top yet?
Any info is appreciated as I maybe my feelings are hurt since I feel I was instrumental in bringing our company to life online.
