Cant crack 60s PageSpeed Insights for mobile- optimization suggestions are reduce server response time (.51) and leverage browser caching (GA only). earn by blogging adsense income

Desktop getting a 91. Mobile has 0 render blocking round trips, ~35 resources, 1.4mb to load.

I have optimized in every way possible. My optimization suggestions are reduce server response time, currently getting around .50 seconds. And it is saying to leverage browser caching for Google analytics resources (which I never do).

Any other site with same settings and stats that I have is easily over 80. Any ideas on something I am missing? Site is running through cloudflare.
