I have an idea that assist an already existing product, i do not have the ability to patent my product. My fear is that if I start off small as soon as I gain any traction in the market a larger company will patent my idea and shut me down.
My current train of thought is to approach a company that creates the product my product assist and sell the idea to them. Is there anyway to safely do this without a patent?
