I have a niche focused branding idea for a malt beverage with designs ready to go. Has anyone had success white labeling alcohol? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

What's the process? I know a lot of companies let you buy a few cases If you provide them with the designs, but would I have to go through an established distributor to sell these bottles? Liquor licenses? I'm in New Jersey if it helps.
