Need help with FBA entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

Hey guys,

So I'm trying to make a sellers account for FBA in Germany (I'm Dutch and Amazon isn't active in the Netherlands), but they're asking me for a CC, which I don't and can't have since I'm 17. Would it be possible for me to buy a debitcard from e.g. MasterCard, add €10 to that card and connect that with Amazon? Or does Amazon not allow this? If so, are there any other ways to circumvent having to enter CC information in order to make an account?
