The 1st thing I want to emphasize on is that there are no competitors in the market!
I live in a country where I have the opportunity to be the first to make a retailing website.
People started to trust online stores. They will buy from amazon, eBay and so on, but they have to wait for weeks even months to get there packages.
I got in touch with a web developer and we are still in the early stages.
I have a broad idea how retailers work, Other than that I have no business experience at all.
So after I’m done with the site and got registered in the gov as a retailer, what should I do next?
I know I’ll need employees but no idea how much. I know I need a business model but don’t know what that even means 😂.
I made a plan arranged in stages, for example: the first one will be selling big items that the vendors will handle it’s shipping like fridges, furniture...etc, next step I’ll be shipping smaller items like electronic, clothes and so on.
All items will be sold from local vendors in the beginning.
Sorry for writing this long post but my brain got fried trying to think about everything by my own. I will really appreciate any help and hopefully I’ll post in couple of months about my success. 😁
