Setting up your first office/warehouse and hiring entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

I want to get into the business of buying in bulk and then repackaging the goods into smaller units and sell over the internet.

The process would involve branding and marketing so as to promote our own brands and take it from there.

How would you suggest we go about doing this?

Rent an annual lease for a warehouse? Get insurance/workman's comp for the place? Hire daily wage contractors and pay them by the hour? Pay them on paper so get a CPA involved who can help clear the hurdles in this?

What else do you think I need to be aware of and factor into my planning?

I have been selling out of my home office for quite some time now but I think the time has come where we need to take a leap and make it more formal office based business.
