Wife is leaving her day job and going full time in her own Medical Practice next week. entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

Quick background-

Wife started a PT office in October last year. Finally she has gotten all the insurance approvals(and insurance payment in her bank account). She has 7 people she treats, revenue is about 35k/yr at 7 people/week.

She can feasibly have 40-50 clients but she needs to grow this.

How should she be spending her new time? Her current plan is to block off 8-4PM and 'work', but I'm not sure how she plans to spend that time during weekdays.

Any ideas? Shes a crazy hard worker(previously working at least 70 hours a week).
