Duplicate Content - Should I be Concerned? earn by blogging adsense income

I have a website that's about 2 years old for my business. I have Google alerts set up for my business name, and just got an alert. The alert was because my business name is now showing up at mybusinessname.WEBSITE. My actual domain is mybusinessname.COM. When I visited the website, it is identical to mine. Everything has been copied (not even sure how someone could do this as it's a large site).

Is there a way to get rid of this, contact the domain owner of mybusinessname.WEBSITE, and will this hurt my SEO as being duplicate content? Do you think Google and other search engines can recognize the foul play here?
