How to include long tail keyword inside a Blog Post? earn by blogging adsense income

I want to write a blog post that will feature a long tail keyword! But I am confused about how to include it? If the long tail keyword is supposed "How to start a real estate business in California", then how should I include this long tail keyword? Should I include all of it? Also if I used LSI keywords would that be enough?
