Blog tags as sitelinks on search results - any way to change this? earn by blogging adsense income

I'm helping a friend with his food blog, and i noticed that Google is showing his blog tags as sitelinks (didn't know it is possible).

Thinking of telling Google not to crawl the tags by using robots.txt, so it can crawl the proper links and possibly place them as sitelinks.

Thoughts?
