What will be the Google impact for a brand using different websites for its services? earn by blogging adsense income

I am doing SEO for a civil engineering company. They have 14 different domains (different URL) for each of their services whereas the brand name remains the same. Can anyone suggest how it is going to impact the website ranking of these websites with the content and images are free from duplication even though the services can be repeating in some cases? will there be a negative impact?
