I wish second opinions after meeting a marketing specialist today entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

Hi everyone, today i had a meeting with a well recommended marketing pro. I asked him about helping me to envisioning the future of my etsy store as a business. We had 2 hours of talks and exchanges, but unfortunately, i didnt leave the meeting completely sure of his points. Mainly he told me that my business or store doesnt need work on the Products or the general Concept of the store. He thinks i must focus ONLY on giving to my customers a better idea of Who is behind the store, our lives, our state, our private journey as entrepreneurs. He recommended the creation of a blog or a youtube channel with videos of us talking ABOUT the business and the HOW TOs, not about the store itself. thats making sense at all?
