Baidu Baike - Does anyone know if it's become possible again to edit/create content on the platform? earn by blogging adsense income

It was no longer the case about a year ago. Keen to hear if any of you have had recent experiences on the platform.

I'm looking to update a client's page but would like to know for sure first it there are limitations still. Cheers
