How to do a quick organic traffic diagnosis? earn by blogging adsense income

Hey all,

I work for a fairly large business that has a lot of traffic, mostly from organic and paid sources.

Last week I was notified that traffic had suddenly dropped from one day around 20-30% - only for mobile. This continued from that set date for 4-5 days afterwards.

All promotional activity are like for like, including paid activity.

I was running through a checklist in my head of what to have a look at, if you guys think of anything else useful that would be great!

Look at site speed (mobile) across key category pages

Monitor bounce rate across key category pages

Check SERP positions across key category pages

Find out any promotional activity for competitors

I have access to an external agency for additional resource, but any ideas of quick-fire diagnosis would be much appreciated.
