Http to https - major drop in leads, similar traffic pattern earn by blogging adsense income

We have been updating our website for our small business. About a month ago, we updated from http to https. Our numbers look similar, but we have had a significant drop in quality leads - we aren’t attracting new clients at all.

Does anyone know what we should look for or where to start on helping our situation? We thought upgrading would make our site friendlier for SEO.
