Most of my competitors have a ton of backlinks from this site but I cant find any info on it earn by blogging adsense income

as I do research on my competition I notice that all of my top competitors have links on this site by the hundreds. Some even thousands. I have searched high and low and can not find any info on this site and or how to add links to it. Any info or idea on whats going on here would be appreciated. Thanks
