Backlinks from spammy chinese websites earn by blogging adsense income

I've got backlinks from spammy chinese websites. Can't really find a way to contact the admin to have those backlinks removed(some of them ask for payments to have your backlinks removed lol). Anyone else dealt with this before? What to do about them? Apart from Disavowing
