Linking off site earn by blogging adsense income

This is probably a stupid question so I'm sorry in advance.

I have a website which links to other websites that provide certain services and I was wondering whether there are any disadvantages to me having someone redirected to a page on my site warning them they are leaving the website before going to to the website linked?
