Anyone have experience with regystro domain service? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

I currently have a .co domain, which has led to some confusion with my customers as they are not familiar with it. (Even gotten instagram DMs about the typo in my web address lol).

Last night I got an email from a .ru address from someone named Ben who said the following:

“Hey there!

(Yourdomain).com will be back on the market soon, no website comes with it, only the name is on sale. Let us know if you are interested and we will get back to you. If not, sorry to bother you and we wish you a nice day!

Ben (last name)”

I responded and said I’d be interested and today I got this email from inquiry@ regystro.net:

“Hello,

The domain name (yourdomain).com is listed at $115 it's part of a clients portfolio and we are handling the sale. There are no hidden costs and the renewal fees are around $9/year. You can transfer it out to any registrar you wish. If you are interested, please let us know and we will have the client transfer the domain name over to us, and we will put up our "Buy Now" page on the domain itself and contact you in a few days when you will be able to buy thegentlemenslounge.com by visiting it directly.

We are also offering free escrow for this domain name sale! This eliminates any risk out of the transaction for buyers and sellers, email us for more information!

Anyone have experience with this domain service? Been wanting this domain for over a year and if it’s truly that inexpensive there’s no way I’m passing it up.

I have to map out essentially my entire business plan right down to the details of implementation, but I want it all in one infinite whiteboard. Any recommendations? I want to be able to paste in whatever images and documents I like. OneNote doesnt really work for me and I don't want to waste time testing and paying for a bunch of online options without asking you guys first!

Should I register an LLC for my dropshipping store? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

I am preparing to launch a dropshipping store. So much hype around it I feel like I wan't to try it out and it would be a good 1st project for me and I will probably learn some skills from this.

So my question is, should I register an LLC? I have turned 18 so I can open bank accounts and register an LLC. Also should I make a buisness bank account straightaway?

Or should I wait till I make $1k on my store and later set up an LLC and bank accounts? Stripe and paypal don't operate in my country so I will be using 2checkout.

Any tips? Thanks..

I’ve been doing the seo on our agency’s website for about a year. What should I focus on to improve our rankings?

I am always thinking of ways to optimize further, I am willing to listen to insightful criticism or really any criticism for that matter... be as brutally honest as possible. :)

We are optimizing for all variations of ‘web design’ with the location as Houston. We have over 300 blog posts.

New small business... registered as a new corporation... looking for a storefront... question entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

So I have a startup food business (bagel shop) and I would like to find a retail space for my new business.

I have not owned a small business before.

I signed up for a corporation for my small business.

I am eyeing a retail spot for $12,000 a month here in NYC.

Do you think the broker/landlord/landlord representative will allow a new corporation into this retail spot? or is it an automatic no?

How about:

• - if I pay a 6 month deposit
• - do not allow a good guy guarantee
• - sign a personal guaranty
• - have terrific credit
• - have an income of ~90,000.00 a year.

with this criteria, will they allow me to lease it out? or are new corporations just a no.

How can I make myself qualified as a new corporation?

I asked a tenant representative about this and they said "dont tell them you are a new corporation" with no further details. However, cant they just look up my corporation and its creation date online? so they would know I am a new corporation.

Feeling like everything has been done entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

Hello!

I always wanted to be self employed and be able to do my own thing. For the past year, this "wish" has become stronger and stronger, however, I just don't know what I want or can do. Many people turn their passion into a business but I'm not really passionate about anything. I just want to earn money, that's it. I would love to have an online business. But I feel like everything has been done already, especially when it comes to online businesses.

I'm from Germany, almost 26 years old and I'm currently in college, getting a degree in electrical engineering. I'm willing to put in the hours necessary to make a business work, but I also have exams twice a year which I need to study for, so around that time I can't put in more than 20 hours a week. I don't even need to become a millionaire within a year, just enough to be able to live from the business, I'd be more than happy if I earn 1000€ ($1200) a month after taxes within the first year. Of course, in the long run I would love to grow a bigger business but as long as I'm in college, a small scale thing wouldn't be a bad thing.

Do you guys have any ideas what I could do, whether it be an online or offline business? Motivation is appreciated as well.

Cant get Insurance coverage and it is sinking my small business.. entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

I am in NYC and started a makerspace (A workshop where adults can come in and use tools and take classes.) We ALSO happen to have kids classes (not using tools but in the same room.)

-Were located inside a boys and girls club.

I cant even get general liability, either the broker immediately says they dont cover it, they have no idea what it is, or it comes back as denied.

Even worse: A large charter school chain has expressed interest in using us as consultants to put makerspaces in classroom in their regional expansion plan, yet I am now calling brokers about errors and omissions insurance and same problem.

We arent letting adults in to use tools yet, so we have no profit, were sitting on a powder keg that cant explode because of this go forsaken insurance, its been months trying to get it.

ANY help or advice would be appreciated.
