Can you give honest opinion on the seo of our agency website? earn by blogging adsense income

Hi folks,

I’ve been doing the seo on our agency’s website for about a year. What should I focus on to improve our rankings?

I am always thinking of ways to optimize further, I am willing to listen to insightful criticism or really any criticism for that matter... be as brutally honest as possible. :)

We are optimizing for all variations of ‘web design’ with the location as Houston. We have over 300 blog posts.
