Content at top or bottom of collection pages? Seo for ecommerce earn by blogging adsense income

Hello, We are trying to decide what is more beneficial for our customers. where do you give and take in seo versus mobile

Is is better to have all content at the top of the page in a collection? -this then pushes down products in mobile version to where they have to scroll down.

Or, do you recommend keeping H1 at top, then pushing content to bottom? - this then shows products right away in mobile.

Any suggestions on what you have experienced seo wise, better to put seo first or convenience
