Liquid containers, buy or manufacture? entrepreneur how earn by blogging blog

Dear Entrepreneurs, im currently developing / making a bar dispenser system for the B2B market after trying out the b2c market.

In this new system liquid containers are essential because usual liqour bottles are too small. I haven't any experience making bottles / containers. Does someone know the tooling prices for bottles? I thought about making them in aluminum because they need to be able to be cleaned.

Or would it be better to buy? If so can someone point me in a direction, Alibaba is no go - it has to be food safe
