someone I know wants to hire me to help them out with their small business building custom automated assembly machines. I really don't have any spare time to get into the design side of things but he brought up putting together drawing packages and getting quotes to fabricate them.

Send his model packages to someone else to create drawings for.
I get the drawings back and review them for accuracy
I then send them to a VA with who can then do the legwork to get them quoted, summarized and sent back to me.
I can then send them back to my contact ready to order with minimal effort on my part.
Have you guys done anything like this before? Seems pretty simple in my head but I have problems underestimating things!
