Repeating Name in Site Title earn by blogging adsense income

If I repeat my name in the title of my personal website, will it harm SEO at all?

Eg: "Page Topic - My Name"

I wasn't sure if it's bad to have my name in the title of every page, if it lowers the chances of my pages showing up under a search for "Page Topic".
