What is the best free way (even if its manual) to get competitor backlinks earn by blogging adsense income

Hi, Most good backlink checkers are paid.

I'm asking about any manual way or whatever way to get competitor backlinks, but i need a good list.

Because all free backlink checkers give a very small portion only.

I forget to say that I'm using google by pasting the competitor link and search for it and that gives me some of the backlinks. I don't know teh best way.
