Client wants relationship to be confidential: How to write that into contract? earn by blogging adsense income

Have a potential client who wants to make sure that my agency never reveal to anyone that we are working together.

We get that request often, but never had anyone actually ask us to put it in as a term in the contract. How do I word it? Something like "Acme SEO Company shall never reveal it did seo service for Joe Plumber?" or something like that?
